How fast does it go?
The Bluefin 6.5” hoverboard will allow you to cruise speeds up to 9 mph comfortably and safely and can hit an incline around 15 degrees. These specs are quite typically comparable with other popular hoverboards.
What age/weight is it suitable for?
The hypersensitive gyro-sensors make it an admirable choice for smaller riders of ages 8 years old and plus being at least 45lbs or 20 kg. Featuring the lithium-ion Samsung batteries; the Bluefin 6.5″ can cruise up to a whopping 6 hours or 6 miles! (Take into consideration the weight being withheld on the board and speed affect the battery consumption.) To gain a full recharge after your day full of adventures give it a 2-hour charge with the provided charger and it should be good to go again.

The Bluefin 6.5″ has an integrated Bluetooth speaker built in for music on the go, which is great but fairly common with a lot of hoverboards on the market in 2020. BUT the added bonus that not all boards feature is the smartphone app! Build quality and ease of use
Is it easy to ride?
Bluefin is rated as a Safe and Trusted brand in the UK. It’s easy to ride due to the gyro sensory design, comfortably hop on and off and have a smooth ride; the board comes equipped with a training mode and normal mode- ease into your comfort zone with less hesitation. It does have a learning curve, just like all hoverboards but it is very straight forward once you get a feel for it. Leaning forwards to go, backward to back up, to the left of right to turn, eventually becoming natural and stays quite steady.
Is the Bluefin 6.5” Classic waterproof?
We wouldn’t recommend Bluefin 6.5″ for rainy conditions as it is not rated as waterproof or resistant. Check the 8.5” all-terrain version with Bluefin.
