INOKIM OX is described as an “electric scooter SUV” and offers some phenomenal performance. Easily propel yourself to speeds of up to 45 km/h; all in dead silence, thanks to the 800W brushless motors, limiting unnecessary noise. Furthermore, the INOKIM OX claims that this e-scooter is perfect for both urban and off-road environments. Not only does this model reach impressive top speeds, it further offers a maximum range of up to 50-75 km, more than enough to get to work and back!
Dual mode is perfect for those who find themselves needing to go off-road; tackle a number of terrains, roads and fields with this nifty little e-scooter. This sleek little scooter makes an ideal commuting choice, with such incredible max. range and weight capacity. This model is definitely more than enough to get you there and back again, with some juice to spare. For it’s price, we were fairly surprised with the speed & power offered. Propelled to speeds of up to 28 mp/h by a 800W motor, powered by the beefy battery discussed below. Riders should expect an average ride distance of approx. 50-75 km before requiring a recharge.
This decent range & top speed combined with its light weight also makes the INOKIM OX a great electric scooter for commuters. With a fair amount of torque, this ride can also tackle a variety of hills, tested up to 15 degrees. Worth noting, the Hero & Super variants both feature a max. output of 1300W, greatly improving top speed. Please note, variables such as terrain, incline & rider weight will impact overall performance.

Bringing our 2024 INOKIM OX review onto battery life & charging. For starters, this model comes in 3 variants; ECO, Hero & Super, each with bigger batteries, motors and higher top speeds. The ECO boasts a Sinc 48V 13Ah battery, whereas the Hero claims 57.6V 13Ah, allowing for an extended range.
Lastly, the Super has the best battery of all, featuring an LG 57.6V 21Ah Li-ion battery, extending range to up to 100 km. Riders can quickly & easily consult their LCD display for status on battery life, mileage, speed and more.

Approx. 7 hours from empty.
Battery protection & safety
Whilst there is no official statement on battery protection; rest assured that the INOKIM OX will have had to pass a number of strict and rigorous tests and regulations in order to ship to consumers and operate on the road.

The design of this electric scooter is much like many others; sleek and minimalist, equipped with brakes, throttle, handlebars, a bell and a sleek metal frame. As a result of this barebones approach, this model weighs a mere 28 kg and fully folding, making it extremely easy to transport. Aesthetically, the design is super sleek, with an awesome colour scheme of graphite grey and orange.
The adjustable suspension is also an amazing feature; This system allows the rider to change the position of suspension. For trickier terrain, higher/longer suspension is an easy tweak, with lower suspension better suiting stability and higher speeds on even terrain. The standing area is comfortably wide enough with a great rubber section to help you keep your grip. With such a light weight, decent range & eco-friendly design, its obvious that the INOKIM OX is a great electric scooter for commuters.

Build quality and ease of use
Overall, the build quality on this escooter is extremely high, you can tell no corners have been cut. The materials used and production of the INOKIM OX simply scream quality. Suitable for both urban and off-road usage, this e-scooter offers durability and versatility, alongside a great range and speed; perfect for commuters and electric explorers everywhere.
In terms of ease of use – this scooter is extremely easy to get the hang of, operating like many others on the market. Adjustable suspension and an ergonomic design aid in riders in reaching maximum comfort on the move. The lack of mobile app/speed settings make this one ideal experienced riders and for someone trying to learn the hard way. Worth noting, the INOKIM OX is designed eco-friendly and highly efficient; effectively reducing carbon impact, one rider at a time.
Safety & Usability on the road

In terms of safety, the INOKIM OX passes the test. It’s manufactured in a very safe way, with no jagged metal sticking out of the frame or anything; however, the lack of speed settings and headlights make it best suited to daytime activity. 10″ pneumatic tires help increase control whilst absorbing small potholes and hits, although are still susceptible to puncturing. To further aid in absorption, independent/adjustable front & rear torsion is also featured; greatly increasing ride smoothness and in turn, rider control.
Whilst still featuring side & brake lights, the lack of additional headlights mean that this scooter could do better. Although, that’s not to say that these lights aren’t bright enough to show your presence. However, we always recommend wearing adequate safety gear, such as a high-visibility jacket, helmet, gloves, etc. Furthermore, this escooter can propel itself to 45 km for a distance of 50-75km; that top speed is just 30 mp/h under most residential speed limits (30 mp/h), seriously impressive performance!
